Celebrating over 30 years of service to the rf, wireless, and analog design and development community
The principal, Ed Troy, has over 38 years of experience in the areas of wireless, rf, microwave, wireless design, rf design, and analog circuit and system design and development, as well as experience in the area of GPS technology. He has been an rf consultant for over 29 years. He has performed Ph.D. level research at Lehigh University working in the area of high linearity amplifier and semiconductor design and modeling. This is a critical area in today's rf marketplace with the current interest in digital wireless and also in various communications systems such as PCS, GSM, LMDS, and CDMA. Whether you need a new circuit or system designed, or you just need a day or two of consulting or simulation to verify your new wireless, rf, microwave, or analog design or proposal, you have come to the right place. Don't let the company name, Aerospace Consulting, fool you! Yes, my first customers were in the aerospace industry, and some still are. When I started the business, I was also brokering aircraft as part of the business (although I don't do that any more.) Thus, the name sounded like a logical choise. However, the bulk of my business is the design and development of electronics, primarily for wireless applications. Most of my clients, today, are not related to the Aerospace Industry. In fact, many are consumer oriented, entrepreneurial ventures or inventors who need a prototype developed..
Do you have an idea for an electronic or wireless product, but you don't have the experience or facilities to design and develop such a product? Or, do you simply need someone who has almost 4 decades of experience in the rf, microwave, wireless, and analog circuit and system design and development field to advise you as to whether your idea is even possible or practical, from either a technical or FCC point of view? Are you a manager in a company that regularly does RF, microwave, wireless, and other electronic design and development work but who needs some extra help for a period ranging from a few hours to many months? Are your facilities simply overloaded, and you don't want to make a huge investment in renting or purchasing equipment or software to cover a temporary period when you have more work than you can handle? If you answered yes to any of these questions, or similar questions that only you could know, pick up the phone and give me a call. Or, better still, send me an e-mail. You'll be glad you did.
Do you have amplifiers that oscillate, or oscillator's that don't? Do you have problems with synthesizers or PLL's that don't work properly? Do you have devices that don't pass FCC testing, and you need to know what to do to get them to pass? Do you need help writing a proposal, either from the writing side or the system simulation and architecture side? Do you have a SAW resonator (keyfob) product that you need help with? These are just a sampling of the services that I have offered clients over the years, or performed for my own business purposes.
I can provide assistance at your location, or the work can be performed at my facility. This facility includes:
· Complete laboratory with modern test equipment covering DC - 26.5 GHz, including an Agilent 8510C vector network analyzer, as well as a small milling machine for fabrication of enclosures and test fixtures and pallets
